I came to yoga as a way to deal with stress but fell in love with it's beauty, grace and strength. Synchronising breath and movement; focusing awareness on the present moment, it becomes an immersive moving meditation. Yoga is my anchor, it gives me perspective and balance. My experiences inspired me to teach and it is a great joy to be able to share the healing and transforming benefits of yoga. Whether you're male, female, young, old, bendy or stick-like, everyone can benefit from yoga and it's my goal to ensure that my classes are welcoming, accessible and inclusive.
