How to Sleep Better

with Allie Lewis

So we know what to do to sleep better - and we know why we should do it, but have you ever wondered how to change the unhelpful habits and behaviours that affect how well we sleep - and where do we start?

This motivating, interactive workshop is for anyone who has ever wanted to make positive, sustainable changes to improve their sleep but does not know how to get started - or doubts their ability to make those changes stick!

After a brief explanation of the psychology of behaviour change and consideration of why maintaining new, more positive habits is often challenging, the workshop will provide an opportunity for practical coaching to:

  • Identify your sleep goals
  • Identify the habits/behaviours you wish to change
  • Explore motivation and confidence
  • Set a workable action plan
  • Learn how to navigate potential barriers and 'bumps in the road'

Please bring paper and a pen and come armed with your sleep problems and/or concerns. You will leave with a clear idea of how to take the first steps towards sleeping well - and how to maintain the changes that make the difference.
