Yoga for Energy and Vitality

During this workshop we will explore sequences that restore Energy and Vitality to body and mind.

This will involve:

  • Vinyasa sequences to awaken the core muscles of the body and build a strong and stable centre.
  • Therapeutic Yoga to release the lower back and hips - areas of the body that tend to hold tension and be tight and thus diminish vitality.
  • Twists and backbends and their revitalising effect on the spine.
  • Breath awareness to remove lethargy and dullness.
  • Exploring Savasana, the deep rest of a Yoga practice, to replenish and restore energy.
