Advance and Deepen Your Vinyasa Practice

Through practice, Q&A, and creative experimentation, this workshop will give you the tools to customise your flow and ensure it is sustainable for a lifetime of practice. Deepen your experience of vinyasa, improve your understanding of anatomy in action, and learn to take pleasure in movement and rest.

For students with at least six months consistent practice.

  • Develop the practical ability to breathe, move, step, and hop in rhythm.
  • Learn why we flow and how it affects your nervous system.
  • Integrate core and shoulder strength into transitional and often problematic postures (like chaturanga dandasana).
