Come and continue your flight training for balancing on your hands in Part 2 of Lisa's Arm Balancing course! We'll revisit the foundational techniques learned in Part 1 (so that those who could not make Part 1 can also get up to speed!) and progress to explore a wider range of arm balances such as Mayurasana (peacock pose) and Astavakrasana (eight-angle pose).
We'll begin to add movement by looking at different ways for entering and exiting the pose and for connecting different arm balances together by breaking down the transition techniques needed to feel stable and secure while experiencing lightness in the pose.
Workshop suitable for all baby fliers from Kakasana (crow pose) and beyond. Not suitable for those with (or prone to) wrist injury.
