Trained with one of the UK's top yoga teachers in London she is a dedicated student of the most inspirational yoga gurus of our time Shiva Rea (Viniyasa Flow), Rod Striker (Para Yoga), Alan Finger (ISHTA Yoga), Doug Keller (Yoga Therapy).
Tanya is passionate about Yoga passed it on to her students through safe self-tailored practice. Tanya also holds an advanced level 3 diploma in Mat Pilates and teaches Fitness Pilates based on classical Josef Pilates workout.
