Poppy has been training with the Yoga Sanctuary in Southampton as part of the Independent Yoga Network. Her committed daily practice has lead her to discover the healing and transformative effects of yoga.
Her classes blend hatha yoga methods of movement with vinyasa flow sequences to create a moving meditation on the pulse of the breath. By easing tension and creating space through the postures we become more present, more energised and more at ease with life.
