Kate Rowlandson is an Advanced Zen mindfulness and meditation teacher, trained by a Zen Master in the rigorous lineage of Rinzai Zen. The Rinzai Zen tradition has a long and distinguished history of teaching meditation for boosting physical and mental health and wellbeing, as well as for grounding, insight and self-understanding.

Kate has practiced meditation and mindfulness since 2012 and has experienced it's positive effect in all aspects of her life. Kate's passion is sharing these practices with others so that they too can experience these benefits;

Kate teaches drop-in classes and more intensive workshops, all of which include Zen practices, mindfulness and meditation.
