I began practicing Yoga as part of my professional Dance training. I was hooked straight away and enjoyed experimenting with many different styles.

In 2011 I qualified as a Yoga Instructor under the 'It's Yoga' system and began teaching immediately: full of passion, inspiration and the drive to share my love of Yoga!

My classes are dynamic and playful with a natural flow built to guide students towards more confidence, a stronger physicality and a more open and stress free mind.

My interpretation of the traditional practice provides a high energy workout which is accessible to all.
