Charlie Smith

Charlie is a fully qualified Seasonal Yoga Teacher - 200 hour level. Her training covered Vinyasa flow, Ashtanga, Pranayama, Anatomy and Meditation. She is also a qualified personal trainer and a healthy eating enthusiast! She works continually on bettering herself physically, mentally and emotionally and believes Yoga has enabled her to have an improved understanding of her body - the way it moves and responds - together with a deeper level of self-awareness.

"My YOGA teaching style is a strong core based Vinyasa flow, learnt through my experiences of many different teachers and styles. My passion is to keep the connection with the breath and the body, therefore unblocking and freeing ourselves of toxic build ups and tightness. I teach very much around how your body feels as it moves and I try to blend those feelings into the asana sequencing of my classes. They are challenging, yet rewarding and allow you to reach your full potential."
