Journey to the Core a Forrest Yoga Workshop


Join Forrest Yoga Guardian-in-Training Rosalind Southward to embark on fun and intriguing journey to connect to your core!


This Forrest yoga practice will explore the shoulders, abdominals and hips to release tension, make space and activate the muscles that can help us take flight in arm balances.


Expect to find lightness in your shoulders, space in your hips, and a deeper connection with your core! This will be an all levels practice open to everyone.
