By the end of the class your technique will be improved and refined and you’ll have an understanding of the movement principles.
Week 2: Control
Get ready to challenge your body control. No body part is left to its own devices.
It is all a conscious, deliberate movement that the mind is controlling.
Week 3: Flexibility
It’s time to improve your mobility, focusing on your range of movement in different joints and stretches to make you feel open and more flexible.
Week 4: Strength
Pilates makes you strong. Don't be fooled by the gracefulness of the moves, they require strength and this class will challenge your strength and improve it. Feel strong and ready for anything with our final week routine.
