Kundalini Yoga and Meditation for Vitality

Want more sparkle in your life? In this session we will work on our inner/outer radiance, sparkle and VITALITY. With a kriya and meditations to clear patterns within the body that disrupt the normal flow of vital energy (our habits of possession, constriction, anger, tension and attachment set up these disruptive patterns). Clearing these patterns reawakens our own vitality and the knowledge there is nothing outside of us – it’s all within us.

Kundalini Yoga uses a combination of kriya (dynamic exercise), pranayama, meditation, mudras, mantras and relaxation all in a sequence for a specific effect great for targeting areas of personal development and real transformation. Sat Meher has been practising Kundalini Yoga for 14 years and teaching for 10 years after training at the Kundalini Research Institute HQ in USA.
