6 Weeks to Perfect Pilates

Join Amanda on a 6 week journey to perfect Pilates. Each week will focus on a different theme;

Week 1: All about the Abs

It's time to strengthen the core and target all angles of those abs! Your upper, obliques and lower abs as well as your legs.

Week 2: Backs & Bums

A class that promises to get the booty burning as well as focusing on strengthening and stretching the spine. Lower back pain no more!

Week 3: Sculpt & Stretch

A class that will sculpt and tone your whole body. You'll feel the burn but also lengthen those tight muscles and mobilise those joints. You'll also really work your posture, shoulders, back, balance, core stability and concentration.

Week 4: Awesome Arms

All you need is your lovely arms and a mat (and the rest of your body of course) for this class. Focusing on creating slender toned arms and shoulders as well as working the core.

Week 5: Perfect Posture

Pilates routine for desk posture. Become more body aware and work on breathing, posture and back extensions. This class will be a reminder to take your Pilates practice off the mat too and sit upright at your desk, breathe fully and get up to walk around and stretch throughout the day.

Week 6: Total Body Beautiful

We’ll finish the course on a high, with a total body workout, incorporating all the best bits from previous weeks. This class is fun and challenging and will leave you feeling great from head to toe.

By the end of 6 weeks you will notice an improvement in your posture, core and back strength. You’re also feel really energised and have a great sense of overall wellbeing!
