Release the Spine

A gorgeous backbends workshop for all levels of practice. Learn how to extend backwards the spine to create space and freedom of movement as well as strength and stability.

We will look at supported backbends as well as floor work so expect to be challenged without being overwhelmed and walk away taller and happier!

This is the third of Rachel's 2019 themed yoga workshops in Iyengar yoga. Suitable for those with 3 months yoga practice or more.

 

Rachel Lovegrove is a highly regarded international Iyengar yoga teacher with over 25 years experience. She has studied directly with BKS Iyengar, travels internationally to teach and maintains her professional development with BKS Iyengar’s family in India and advanced senior teacher Manouso Manos in San Francisco.
