Do you find the concept of backbending to be scary, terrifying, or even painful? Then this is the perfect workshop to learn how to build openers in the front of body, open your hips, shoulders and inspire overall strength. In learning to unlock your spine safely, your concerns of your back will become a thing of the past.
In the workshop we will focus on increasing flexibility and building the strength needed for healthy and safe backbending. Through shifting the 'bend' from lower spine to upper and thoracic spine, you will create space, flexibility within the vertebrae. Thus relieving compression and pressure on your lumbar spine.
You will leave the workshop with an increased confidence in backbending and ways to apply the techniques in your practice.
Flexible spine, flexible body, flexible mind.
