This month, it’s Forward Bending Poses. Forward bends can be challenging, especially to those of us with tight hamstrings. This workshop will help you to unlock those tighter areas and give you greater understanding of the function and grace of forward bends and reveal to you that it’s not just your hamstrings that are stopping you from flowing forward!
Anyone with at least 6 months regular yoga practice is welcome and although all abilities can join, this workshop is not suitable for new beginners or pregnancy.
Rachel Lovegrove is a highly regarded international Iyengar yoga teacher with over 25 years experience. She has studied directly with BKS Iyengar, travels internationally to teach and maintains her professional development with BKS Iyengar’s family in India and advanced senior teacher Manouso Manos in San Francisco.
