This New Year join me on a journey of self-discovery through moving the body and opening the breath with Dynamic and Restorative Yoga.
During this workshop we will be exploring how Dynamic Hatha Yoga, Somatic Movement, Breath-Awareness, Meditation and Visualisation impact the brain and the nervous system and how they help refine our moment by moment awareness of sensation and perception as we move through our day.
This combination of practices helps us reset and face each day with freshness and newness. This session will be taught as an un-interrupted flow of sequences to enhance feelings of equanimity and create an internal glow.
