In this Lunar Flow workshop reconnect with your cyclical nature and experience how to work with the energy of the moons phases. The moon represents our intuition, mind, emotions, creativity and sensitivity and at this phase of the full moon it is a time where we can reflect on those things that no longer serve us such as stress, tension and anxiety and let them go.
The moon corresponds to the element water and invites us to explore fluid flowing movement with lots of hip opening to dissolve built up physical, energetic, and emotional resistance. You'll learn the Chandra Namaskar, the Lunar Salute, which is the cooler, calming sister to Surya Namaskar the Sun Salutation. This will be a slow, relaxing and flowing practise including Pranayama and Meditation.
