Settled on your mat propped on bolsters in a softly lit room, themed on relaxation and comfort yet awakening the body in Yin postures.
Following the guidelines of the Yogi path to enlightenment to enable you to move forward into 2019 with a resolution of living a life full of health, peace, happiness and joy.
The practice is Yin based to ensure that you can respond to the teachings on how to live your life off the yoga mat, focusing on Patanjali's 10 Steps to a Happier Life through the teaching of the Yamas and Niyamas. Without the knowledge of Yamas and the Niyamas there is no Yoga!
We will break enjoying mulled wine and mince pies and return to the Yoga room for a wonderful experience resting on our mats for a Sound Bath with Ros Coombs, Bowen Therapist.
This workshop is available to all ages all abilities and those new to Yoga.
