The course is taught by Kate Rowlandson, a Zenways qualified Advanced Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher, and is suitable for those who have never practiced meditation or mindfulness before. A commitment of 20-30 minutes daily home practice is recommended for this course to be most beneficial. The course includes guided meditations, folder, weekly handouts and journal.
Please note that there will be no session running on Monday 22nd October due to half term. The course will finish on Monday 12th November.
