Learning to relax and find stillness can be a challenge in our busy world today. In this workshop Susan will explore the more relaxed and restorative side of yoga. She will explore gentle stretches and breathwork (pranayama) as well as guided relaxation (yoga nidra). At the end of the session you will feel a little more relaxed and armed with some tools to take away with you to use in your daily life. This is suitable for all levels, even beginners to yoga as the focus is on relaxation and finding stillness. This is especially good for anyone suffering from stress or anxiety.
There will be a short break in the middle for healthy snacks and drinks.
