Mindfulness and Meditation Course

Experience the transformational and empowering benefits of a personal mindfulness practice on this 8 week course for enhancing health and wellbeing.

Over the 8 weekly 1.5 hour sessions you will learn mindfulness practices taken from the Zen tradition and learn how these techniques can help you to:

  • Alleviate depression and anxiety.
  • Deal with physical pain.
  • Elevate the functioning of body and mind.
  • Live in the moment and find more enjoyment in life.

The course is taught by Kate Rowlandson, a Zenways qualified Advanced Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher.

This course is suitable for those who have never practiced meditation or mindfulness before. Please note a commitment of 20-30 minutes daily home practice is recommended for this course to be most beneficial. The course includes guided meditations, folder, weekly handouts and journal.
