It Takes Two

Add a playful element to your practice as you work in twos and groups. Expand your practice as you work with a partner and see some of the traditional yoga poses in a new light. Yoga in pairs requires a certain level of respect and trust in others.

No need to come along with a friend, as we will be swapping partners.
