Back to Basics

New to yoga? Or have you started a regular class but want to get to grips with the basics?

This workshop is designed to give you a brief understanding of the history of yoga, then break down the key postures and movements used in class. You'll leave feeling confident in sun salutations and fundamental standing and seated positions - allowing you to get the best out of every class!

Although designed for beginners this workshop is also ideal for any yogi wanting to gain a deeper understanding of the philosophy and anatomy behind our practice.
