Pilates in the virtual world

Pilates has always been my passion and I decided to take the leap from the corporate world, follow my dreams, and start my own business three years ago. Since then I’ve added Barre to my repertoire and I’m absolutely loving it and the lovely community in which I’ve built.

But then the dreaded news hit that gyms and group fitness classes could no longer take place because of Covid-19. I made it my mission to continue to offer wonderful classes from the comfort of home. I’ve always wanted to grow my online community and be able to offer classes to clients from all over, so I took the transition as an opportunity.

I want to bring a little bit of Pilates and Barre magic to the home with virtual and live online classes, welcoming those of all abilities to experience the amazing benefits.

Pilates - Is a true mind, body and spirit approach to movement, which focuses on strengthening core powerhouse muscles, building lean muscle tone and provides a remedy for injuries or poor postural habits. It's also simply a time to breathe, relax and escape.

Barre - Is a fun, energetic workout that combines Pilates, yoga and dance. It's amazing for toning and sculpting your body.

I’m honestly so grateful for modern technology that has enabled me to continue running my business. And who knows, could this be a new chapter for the fitness industry, combining physical group classes with online?
