Yin and Yang complement each other. Accept to be challenged but at your own pace, you are invited to let the body open and go deeper supported by props to enable this to happen.
This meditative class will be working on flexibility. A slow and mindful session, strengthening the body with some Yang muscle postures. Increasing range of movement and flexibility of the joints with long hold Yin postures working with connective tissue. We don’t use our body to get into the pose, we use the pose to get into the body.
Suitable for any age and fitness level, this class is mainly mat-based with no dynamic flows.
