Yin Yoga is a quiet, meditative practice with a focus on passive postures (mostly seated) to target the hips, pelvis, lower spine, and knees. This class is designed to help you sit better, longer and more comfortably in meditation.
The class will aim to increase flexibility and is ideal for athletic people who may be overworking their joints and help them to relax, or anyone who may be a bit stiff.
Best for: Allowing the body to stretch and unwind. Not recommended for those who are super flexible.
