Cardio Yoga

There is something deeply satisfying about moving and exercising together, adding some uplifting beats for an immersive and energising experience. This class is physically challenging; a full warm up leads into an aerobic sequence lasting around 45 minutes, progressively raising your heart rate.

To sustain the effort you will need to synchronise your movement with your breath. Each aerobic sequence will be explained and we’ll do it together a few times before you start to work at your own pace - you can rest in child’s pose at any time and join back in when you are ready. We finish off with inversions, backbends and a cool down stretching sequence before relaxation in savasana. You will have fun - expect to leave buzzing and full of endorphins!
